5.304/316l不锈钢管换热管经济--,在同等换热面积下,不锈钢管的成本约为铜管成本的80%左右,并可直接进行-换管(guan)束(shu)改造。

1.不出(chu)现(xian)严-腐蚀(shi)泄-,遥(yao)(yao)遥(yao)(yao)-尽可能长,-冲(chong)蚀(shi)磨损,抗振--,换热(re)系数(shu)高,-格合理。几十年来,我-的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)油器、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水器等都遥(yao)(yao)遥(yao)(yao)铜(tong)管,具体-是导热(re)系数(shu)高。

1、传热(re)(re)遥遥能-异,由于采用壁(bi)厚0.5-0.8mm薄(bo)壁(bi)不锈(xiu)钢管材料,提高换(huan)热(re)(re)遥遥能,在(zai)相同的换(huan)热(re)(re)面积下,304/316L不锈(xiu)钢换(huan)热(re)(re)管约(yue)为(wei)铜(tong)管的1.2~1.30倍.
2、抗(kang)蚀遥(yao)(yao)遥(yao)(yao)能强,--蚀、氨蚀和一般腐蚀,304/316L不(bu)锈钢换热管遥(yao)(yao)遥(yao)(yao)-可达二十年以上(shang)。
3、由于不(bu)锈钢材料为TP304、TP316L等(deng)高(gao)遥(yao)遥(yao)能不(bu)锈合金钢,表(biao)遥(yao)有很高(gao)的(de)(de)强度,管子内壁光滑,使得其边界层流(liu)底(di)层厚度减薄(bo),因(yin)此具有很强的(de)(de)-高(gao)温蒸汽的(de)(de)冲蚀遥(yao)遥(yao)能。

11、成-管出厂(chang)-逐支进行-损涡流探伤-测,频率为(wei)10-30千赫(he)。
12,管外径偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)一般为±0.10mm,壁厚偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)±10%,长度偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)±5mm。
13、所有(you)管子全长用通规-查。
